About Jennifer: Jennifer Mustar is a civil engineer and project manager currently serving as HDR’s South Carolina Area Manager. In this role, she oversees day‑to‑day operations and supports multidisciplinary teams across the state. With more than 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, Jennifer has worked on a wide range of infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on transportation improvements that create meaningful impacts in our local communities. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of South Carolina who enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, especially her husband, daughter and two Boston Terriers.

Favorite Trail or Greenway: One of my favorite trails is the Art Loeb Trail at Black Balsam Knob. I love its mix of terrain and the sweeping views—it truly feels like an escape and a chance to explore somewhere new each time I visit.

Why I Support UGATA: UGATA has a proven track record of helping get projects across the finish line!  I support this great organization because of their deep commitment and successful approach to advancing trails and greenways across the Upstate.  I’m passionate about improving the quality of life in our communities and a big believer in the benefits of trails (there are so many!) that complement our broader transportation network.
