Upstate Greenways and Trails Alliance (UGATA) is seeking qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for a feasibility study of a Shared Use Path connection between the Green Line of the Swamp Rabbit Trail to the Orange Line of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The selected firm will determine the feasibility, cost, process, permitting, and timeline of two possible trail routes to make this connection.

Additionally, UGATA is seeking qualified engineers to submit proposals for the full design, engineering and permitting of one of the two routes explored in the feasibility study. Design, engineering, and permitting work are included as add alternates. UGATA will have the option but not the obligation to pursue full design based on the findings of the feasibility study. 

We invite experienced engineering firms to submit proposals outlining their expertise, approach, and understanding of the project's requirements.
