About David: David Bott is a full-time trail builder for UGATA. He is a former wildland firefighter who loves the outdoors. He loves to move from place to place and has been all over the country to explore the beauty of nature.

Favorite Trail or Greenway: I love the angel’s landing trail in Zion national park, the view and beauty of that hike makes me want to visit every year.

Why I Support UGATA: I began working with UGATA in 2025. I have been a first responder for over half a decade and I really enjoy the non-profit aspect of UGATA while also improving the local community.
