Introduction:
The Upstate Greenways and Trails Alliance (UGATA) has partnered with private landowners and other stakeholders to build a network of mountain biking and hiking trails near the Saluda River in western Greenville County. With approximately 15 miles of trails already constructed, UGATA seeks to construct additional multi-use trails.
UGATA is a nonprofit organization with a limited budget and prides itself on being a good steward of its financial resources. Funding for this project comes from a private donor.

Introduction:

Introduction: Upstate Greenways and Trails Alliance (UGATA) is seeking qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for the design, engineering, and permitting of a multi-use trail project to connect Heritage Park to the existing Swamp Rabbit Trail in Fountain Inn just east of Fountain Inn High School. The purpose of this project is to enhance recreational opportunities, promote active transportation, and provide a safe route to two schools and a high quality park. We invite experienced engineering firms to submit proposals outlining their expertise, approach, and understanding of the project’s requirement
