Large, busy intersections can be a dangerous and foreboding obstacle for urban cyclists and pedestrians.  To help address this concern, UGATA responded to a request for help from the City of Greenville to improve the biking and walking infrastructure at the intersection of Main Street and Stone Avenue.  By adding green paint, UGATA has made one of the most trafficked intersections more welcoming to cyclists and pedestrians and shown Greenville’s commitment to active transportation.
